We are absolutely delighted to announce that Jonathan has won the
CRAFT & DESIGN SELECTED GOLD AWARD 2012: GLASS.
There were well over 1,000 designer makers featured on the Selected website, so this came as a huge surprise but we are obviously delighted and we would like to thank you all for taking the time to vote for us.
The work that we produce is of course, with the support of our talented team of glassmakers, Katie, Darren & Daniel and we thank them all for continued help.
Thank you again to you all for supporting our ‘vision’ and we will endeavour to continue delighting you with our innovations!

These highly regarded national awards are based on an Online Public Vote for British and Irish designer makers.
The Public Vote determines six finalists in each of six categories.
Specialist Invited Judges, together with the craft&design panel,
subsequently assess the work of the finalists to establish one Gold Award Winner.
Alan Pool The specialist invited Judge for the glass category said:
" I eventually arrived at the decision to select Jonathan Harris the Gold Award for his many years of exploration of,
and research into, the hot working graal and cameo techniques.
He is often overlooked by the main stream but I feel that recognition is due at this time."
